摘要:《食品贮藏与保鲜》是一门综合性专业课程,结合课程专业特点,提出“模型思维”实验教学模式,重点研究采用模型思维进行实验课程教学,培养学生独立思考以及思维创新等能力,提高学生的综合素质以及社会竞争力。

“Food Storage and Preservation”Based on Modeling Thinking Discussion on the Reform of Experimental Teaching

Abstract:“Food Storage and Preservation”is a comprehensive professional course. combining the characteristics of the course, it proposes a “model thinking” experimental teaching mode. It focuses on the use of model thinking for experimental course teaching, cultivating students′ independent thinking and thinking innovation, and improving students comprehensive quality and social competitiveness.
